Potato Mac Salad with a little twist


Generally I make the Kaua'i version with Chow Mein noodles. But I didn't have any.
So this is tubbetini noodles (buccatini but tiny ones), carrots, olives, potato and 1/4 of a kosher dill pickle. I made a batch small enough for Frenchie and I.
