I thought i'd see what to do different with the Tofu I got at market yesterday. So gave Miso Tofu a whirl.
I did not coat the tofu with constarch and fry it separately that is too much oil. So I threw in the tofu at the end turned off the fire and stirred gently.
This dish was kickin' which is now pappa's lunch
I'm a mortgage banker that has been in the business the past 38 years. Recently my company of 12.5 years displaced our office. I am currently still working in mortgage banking locally and I am indeed enjoying it.
I have a passion to cook and bake. Mahalo my many friends for encouragement and looking at my food porn per say. So this is as close as I can get to having my own restaurant.
