This was at Bottega Napa Valley. Chef used to make Angry Spot Prawns and Angry Crab over at Tra Vigne. These were so good. I totally enjoyed the fried arugula for the garnish
I'm a mortgage banker that has been in the business the past 38 years. Recently my company of 12.5 years displaced our office. I am currently still working in mortgage banking locally and I am indeed enjoying it.
I have a passion to cook and bake. Mahalo my many friends for encouragement and looking at my food porn per say. So this is as close as I can get to having my own restaurant.
