Wagyu Oyster Sauce Beef
 
Aloha all, I know I have not been able to update this blog or post anything
I've cooked in a while.
Well, I've cooked but not dishes that we post worthy per say.
 
Work is busy, i'm busy, ISB Band is busy and my Hula Halau.
 
We performed at Sacramento Aloha Festival yesterday. Stopped at Oto's to pick up
some Wagyu, Goevea's Portagee Sausage, Fresh Shitake, Brown rice
and other supplies.
 
Well, here we have Wagyu Oyster Sauce Beef with shitake, water chestnuts,
bamboo shoots and broccolini florets.
 
This made my Sunday.
