I had a 6 inch filet of Hamachi I picked up at Oto's and wasn't wanting to fry it.
So I steamed with Ginger Green Onion, Thyme, My seasonings, Toyu, Oyster Sauce,
Mirin, Abalone Sauce and a couple drops of Sesame Oil.
