Do you like, Alfalfa Sprouts or Horseradish Sprouts? The little jewels are so good I am hooked. I have had them on a Shrimp Dumpling Sout so delicious. But I found them in Sacramento and blanched briefly with salt and pepper for seasoning. I suppose a little rice vinegar would be good too. But they are sweet and wonderful
