This is a Torta De Riso dessert with Huckberry Sauce, Arborio Rice/Risotto Cake with like an anglais baked cake with a scoop of Marscapone Cheese with the Huckleberry Sauce. This is currently not on Chef Chiarello's menu however, is my favorite dessert at this Restaurant in Yountville, that we often frequent.
