Aloha Lei Day everyone.....
Well I am back home from weeks training in Ohio. Wow, I felt to back in a time warp. However, the area we were in, Miamisburg had so many trees, rolling hills, and streetlights on wires.
Of course I had withdrawals of my own cooking.
However, I cooked this evening, my son is home for a quick visit and pappa missed my home cooking.
So tonight.......Steamed Striped Bass and Brown Fried Rice with Chinese Sausage and Chives of course and other ingredients.
