Guava Panna Cotta


This is easy,  I happen to have Guava oil and extract

4 cups half and half or
2 cups heavy whipping cream and 2 cups half and half milk
1/2 sugar
2 pkgs gelatin soaked in 6 Tablespoon Water or use
3 sheets of gelatin if available
1/4 guava puree or juice

Warm milks and sugar do not bring to boil,
add gelatic and puree
let cool and pour into prepared ramekins

Serve with Strawberries or Fruit of choice.
