Coq au Vin

So I didn't do this over noodles instead I prepared Saffron Brown Rice.

Love this Madeleine pan from Sur la table. I added lemon zest to this recipe.

My hubby likes Madeleine's now to perfect them.

Uni Carbornara

Had some Uni, had some Organic Udon noodles, had some Pancetta.  Inspired by Chef Morimoto,
made a Uni Carbornara

Sesame Crackers

I like to bake and cook, and I always wanted to try and make these.  I finally got around to making these Sesame Crackers.  But this was so much humbug to do.  I think I'd rather make Croissants.
But end result they are tasty.

Lemon Chicken My Way

Tonight I made a Lemon Chicken, I didn’t deep fry it I used the Turbo Oven and it was really good.

I used Chicken thighs and I deboned them myself, salt and pepper them and a pat of butter under the skin.

I used my ole bacon microwave pan I laid a slice of lemon under thigh and salt pepper the top and I turbo broiled for about 40 minutes at 375

For the Lemon Sauce:
4 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Brown sugar
1 cup of water.
1 splash of soy sauce

Bring to boil the above then turn to medium
Make a corn starch solution 1Tablespoon just enough water to make the solution
Pour into the Lemon mixture until it thickens.
The deep fried is always good from Wong’s, but thought I’d try this way and it was yummy.

Bon Appetit
